You are rquired to have renters insurance. If you don’t have one we can provide it to you and charge your account.

We set up water, sewer and trash. You will call SRP to set up electric and cox or your prevered vendor for cable/internet.

We are wired for cox but you may use whichever you prefer and are able to provide to your unit.

We do, $500 towards your rent if they move in and stay at least 60 days.

Guests can not stay more than 2 weeks.

We have different pricing and promotions based on current trends. Check with the office once you have your move in date.

After a 60 day notice, you will have a penalty equal to 2 months rent.

We have washer and dryer in each unit

There are many options within a mile or 2 on Baseline Rd.

Submit a work order within your online portal

When a work order is submitted our maintanence tech will be scheduled and communicate with the tenant.

You can call the office staff during operating hours and the emergency line for off hours

As long as the home is back to origial condition and décor when you depart.
